So here it is- the blog where I get to rant about me and things I like and pretend like the whole world is reading. All I can say is this is probably a really bad idea- I don't need anything else to distract me from school work. But here we go anyway.
I suppose as this is my first post, I should start by introducing myself. And I suppose that since it's already after midnight, I should make it short. Here goes...
My name is Kelsey Suzanne Costello. I'm a Las Vegas native and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world. In my humble opinion, Vegas is the best city in the world (GO REBS). I have a family that is dysfunctional and strange but I love most of them anyhow. My parents are polar opposites but they're both incredible people and simply the best parents a kid could ask for. I have an *almost* 18 year old brother (yuck) who is one of the best guys I'll ever have the privilege of knowing. I have a sister who's ten days younger than me and even though she's very loud and kinda odd she's my best friend and knows everything there is to know about me. But of all my family, the two littlest have a special place in my heart that can never be taken by anyone else. Matthew is 7- he's an amazing athlete, a genius 2nd grader who does math in his spare time, and the kind of boy who will make you a bracelet out of a pipe cleaner and beads just because he loves you. Regan is 5- she's a diva, a reluctant kindergartner who'd rather be out having tea parties, and the funniest child you'll ever meet. It's impossible to explain how much they mean to me. The older I've gotten, the more I've noticed that my family members are becoming my best friends and for that I'm grateful.
I'm a pre-communications major with an emphasis in advertising at BYU in Provo, Utah. One day I hope to work for Disney as part of the advertising staff because as this blog continues, readers will learn that I'm a Disney fanatic. Oh and I also want to write a book, be in a movie, write a #1 hit song, become a princess, and lots of other things.
I love sarcasm (obviously). My favorite book is The Princess Bride. PDA makes me physically ill. And I have no time for stupidity and ignorance. But I wear glitter for fun, cannot walk past those sparkly jewelry booths at the mall, and a beautiful dance, a Disney movie, or a poem can turn me into a hopeless romantic for about 6 seconds.
