I, of course, began the day with a little trip to Borough Market. Today's menu consisted of an amazing pulled pork sandwich and a doughnut for treats. I have yet to taste something below par at Borough.

And then Ivy and I went over to Buckingham Palace. Surprisingly, we didn't visit this particular location the last time I was here. It was lovely and something everyone should see at least once but there's not a lot going on. Just tourists smoking weed and guys in funny red hats standing in front of the palace.
Oh this guy was just tops. He thought he was the coolest thing since the ice age with his skin tight red pants and leather jacket. We first noticed him rapping along with whatever he was listening to in his head phones. Then he proceeded to smoke his joint right in front of us and blow the smoke in our direction as he drank his beer from a child's apple juice bottle. Like I said... tops.
Today was one of the nicest we've seen since being here. It was coldish but not too bad. So we walked through the nearby gardens. It was beautiful but a little savage. I am forever scarred by the image of a swan viciously attacking a duckling. It was truly horrifying actually. Sorry. Back to the prettiness. But I would like to alert the queen of the maniacal swans that live so dangerously near her.

We went over to Portobello Road for a bit and looked around. I didn't buy anything! Go me!! And then we saw Midsummer Night's Dream at the Globe Theatre. I loved it so much! I wish we didn't have to stand the whole time. That can get tiresome. But I was entertained the whole time. If you're not familiar with the play, I suggest you read it. It's much funnier onstage. The man playing Bottom was simply hilarious. He, unfortunately, gets his head turned into that of an ass for a spell but he played it so well.
So beautiful at night!!
And then I came home! I walked by St. Paul's and it was absolutely magnificent. The picture doesn't due it justice. I looked at the top and found it hard to believe that I stood that high only yesterday!
God save the queen!!
