Nothing that was said today was funny or appropriate enough for blog title status.

Today we had to wake up to walk around a museum. I love museums but I wasn't feeling particularly museumy this morning so we left. I'm sure I'll go back sometime when I have a free moment. Then we had another crepe for delicious eats.
Then we went on a search for show tickets! I have to admit that they were not very fruitful journeys as neither Book of Mormon or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory had any available tickets for tonight. Our third try was a more successful and we snagged tickets to Les Miserables. On our very roundabout journey to slake our need for musical theatre, we took a walk through Whitehall Gardens. It was pretty chilly but the gardens were so pretty that we didn't mind very much.

And then we went over to Westminster Abbey!! I love love love it there. I love the feeling of standing in the presence of some of the most influential people in history. Even though the place is full to the brim with tourists nearly everyday of the week, it possesses a very serene and reverent spirit. I attended the 3:00 prayer service in St. Edward's Chapel and even though I'm not a Catholic, I thought it incredibly comforting and beautiful. I lit one of the candles available and they told me they would say a prayer for my brother in Ecuador. It is both historical wonder and spiritual sanctuary.

I do love it so very much

And then we saw Les Miserables!! It was very well done. I think the show is just an incredibly long one but it was definitely worth going to. I'm always a bit bothered by Cosette but most everyone else was very good.

Now here's a picture of a woman who was very very close to me on the bus. We were touching and it was uncomfortable and hilarious at the same time. No sense of personal space, this one.
And here's a picture of me being creepy
