Sharing a moment with the silver fox

It is quite possible that today was my favorite day since arriving in London. And that is saying something. We started off with some class. Between talking to Michael until 2:30 am and having two assignments to finish, 9:00 am class was rough this morning. But hey, we got through it and I learned many invaluable life lessons.

Then the adventure began! We went and bought tickets to show Once and then headed over to the British Library and holy cow... it changed my life. They have a special collection on display for the public and they have the most amazing documents I have ever seen in my life. There were no pictures allowed but I am a sneaky lady and I couldn't help myself. Behold the history I witnessed today:

And then we decided to head to Hogwarts for a minute. We went over to King's Cross station and visited the Hogwarts Express. Unfortunately, muggle cameras don't work past platform 9 3/4 but I managed to get a couple photos snapped before we went through. It also caused some freak outs in the life of Kelsey.

And then we had the most AMAZING Italian food. So real and so delicious. And the beautiful Italian waiter and I undeniably shared a moment.

Then we went to Once. The thing won nine Tony awards last year. The music was absolutely gorgeous as was the lead. I enjoyed myself but it was not life changing. I'm glad we went :)

I came home to an email from the Miguelito!!! So I'll leave the picture he sent me right here! What a wonderful, amazing day.
