"Either you die. Or I do."

I didn't take a single picture today. So this blog post is going to be relatively short.

We went to Borough Market for breakfast this morning and I got my favorite smoothie on earth. And then I went off to find something substantial to eat. Only.... on my way I passed doughnut holes that were only 50 pence. So I got one of those and then I wasn't hungry anymore.
And then we descended into the realm of Soho because I was on a quest for a certain gift which I cannot name here. We had to go to several different places but we eventually found it. Even though I can't say what it is, I can say that it's pretty dang sweet and I think the person I got it for is going to like it a lot.
And then Kaitlin and I went to see Man of Steel. It was interesting. Henry Cavill is simply entertaining to look at but that was the high point of the film. The story was all over the place and made little sense. The technology was not explained at all. The characterization was incredibly shallow. There were way too many fight scenes and the movie was way too long. I was amazed at how bad some of the writing was. And Metropolis could not catch a break. Every time I thought the fighting was over something else happened and another few buildings were leveled. And this is what I thought every time and it made me laugh:
Sorry people but that was it for today. As the program starts drawing to a close, homework starts demanding a little more attention and, frankly, we're starting to get a little tired. We have a couple fun things planned for our last few days. And I'm very excited to see my family soon.
