So I finished my last final this morning. We had to perform a scene from One Man, Two Guvnors with our own little flair. It was interesting. I had the starring role of the garbage can. I really felt myself becoming the part. I was garbage. I'd like to thank Oscar the Grouch for inspiring me.
And then I decided to get my tourist on. I've been dying for a Union Jack shirt but there is just something so goofy and touristy about wearing a Union Jack around London. I finally bought a really cute sweater with one on it and I'm going to take a bunch of pictures around the city in it tomorrow. God save the Queen!
And then we went to dinner at a lovely Indian restaurant. Yum curry!
A sweet wall over at Brick Lane
And then it happened. It happened. One of my biggest dreams came true. People I met Daniel Radcliffe tonight. It's still processing. He is starring in a show called The Cripple of Inishman so we hung out by the back door to stalk him a little bit. Just a little though. We waited for over an hour and once the show was over people started going in and out of the door. Every time it opened my heart would jump into my throat. And every time it wasn't Daniel, it would drop to the pit of my stomach. Seriously, I was experiencing major anxiety while waiting. But he finally came out and headed straight over to where we were standing!!!! He signed my show flyer and, when I asked if I could take a picture with him, he said "If you can get it, of course you can love." And after we took our picture I kind of freaked and didn't know what to say so I said "You are just beautiful." He laughed and said "Wow! Thank you." Such a high moment in my life. Here are some pictures. Stand in awe and wonder.
Love love love
So cute!
Here it is! Here it is! Here it is!!!! This is probably my favorite picture in the whole entire world. Guys this happened. And I'm freaking out about it. I love him so much.
I was not handling it well.
His autograph :)
Most people who know me are aware that I have a serious obsession with Harry Potter so obviously Daniel Radcliffe is one of my favorite celebrities of all time. I cannot believe I even made eye contact with him let alone spoke with him. And plus he was so nice and called me "love" which made everything just a hundred times better. Guys I absolutely cannot stress this enough- I am such a lucky person. I really don't mean to be braggy. I just mean that I'm so grateful that I was able to come to London. I'm in love with London, I'm in love with Daniel Radcliffe, and I'm in love with my life.
